Elixir Medical Aesthetics

A vision shaped by care, experience and integrity

At Elixir, our vision is simple. We want to set the standard for safe, honest and natural aesthetic medicine in the Highlands, led entirely by experienced nurse prescribers.

We believe people deserve treatments they can trust. That means clinical expertise, clear information and a calm, regulated environment where decisions are made together, never rushed or pressured. As a Health Improvement Scotland regulated clinic and active members of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses, we work to the highest standards of safety, ethics and professional accountability.

Every person who walks through our door is treated as an individual. We listen. We assess. We tailor every plan to your goals, your wellbeing and your natural features. Our work focuses on subtle enhancement, long term skin health and results that look like you at your best.

Trust, transparency and compassion guide everything we do. We are committed to continual learning, modern techniques and a standard of care that puts people first. We aim to be known not only for excellent results, but for the integrity and kindness with which those results are achieved.

About Ali

A nurse with Highland roots and a calm, natural approach to aesthetics

I grew up in Muir of Ord before spending ten years in York, where I built and ran a successful hair and beauty salon. Working with clients every day taught me the value of small, natural changes and the trust people place in the person treating them.

Returning home in my thirties, I retrained as a nurse and now work in ICU, where calm decision making and patient centred care are essential. That experience shapes every treatment I offer at Elixir.

Aesthetic medicine brings together my clinical training and my background in beauty. My focus is simple. Safe, thoughtful treatments that enhance rather than change, delivered with honesty, care and a steady hand.

About Susan

A nurse practitioner with decades of experience and a deeply ethical approach to care

I have worked in nursing for more than forty years, with experience across surgical care, dermatology and advanced clinical practice. My work has always been guided by the values of the Nursing and Midwifery Council: integrity, compassion and accountability.

I take time with every person I treat. A thorough consultation, a careful assessment and a plan built around individual needs are central to how I practise. Safe, evidence based treatments and natural results are always my priority.

My approach to aesthetics is shaped by a lifetime of patient centred care. I focus on enhancing natural features, improving skin quality and helping people feel confident in their own skin. As a Health Improvement Scotland regulated practitioner, I offer treatments grounded in professionalism, empathy and trust.
