Susan and Ali were so friendly kind and reassuring. They are both fully qualified nurses so I felt safe knowing I was in good hands. Amazing micro-needling experience with Susan at Elixir! As a first-timer I was nervous, but Susan was so reassuring, explaining everything and checking my comfort throughout. The aftercare was excellent, with detailed advice and a thoughtful follow-up to see how I was doing afterwards. Susan’s professionalism, expertise and genuine care really stand out. The salon itself is lovely, calm and relaxing. I couldn’t recommend Susan and Elixir highly enough - my skin is now glowing and looks incredibly rejuvenated! 💖
